The proprietor of High Octane Heart Media and PR, Jay E. Moyes, also known for his fetish artwork is this weeks guest on Adult Site Broker Talk. 

Moyes has been an adult industry professional since the 1990s, beginning her career in San Francisco and later relocating to Los Angeles. 

Jay began working for AVN in 1999 in the art and archives department. He continued his career path till he was promoted to production manager.

Jay Moyes and Sherry Ziegelmeyer would form Black and Blue Media, a public relations agency specializing in adult brands. 

He was left to close the corporation and launch High Octane Heart after Ziegelmeyer passed away from cancer in 2020.

Jay owns and operates High Octane Heart Media and PR, an agency that focuses on helping small adult businesses. 

Current clients include Mistress Mia Darque, The Dungeon Store, a curated collection of high-end BDSM gear, Studio 58 Events, and kinky franchises of Mistress Cyan, like Sanctuary Studios plus DomCon.
